Revive Me Shop

2019 - 2024

Self-Managed Online Small Business, Sales, Social Media, Website Building & Blog Management, Product Photography, Customer Service, & more.

Using former clothing retail service to her advantage, Kaitlyn sustained a closet-sized small business presence since starting college. RMS served lots of people and shipped products to all 50 U.S. states along with additional territories, using third-party selling platforms and social media to get products out. Through buying gently-used clothing from secondhand shops, researching it’s potential resale value, maintaining, repairing, and then photographing and cataloging the items, and then selling with proud customer service, she learned in her own way the pride of having your own small business, and the ups-and-downs that come with it.

It all started with a surplus of unused clothing clogging up her wardrobe, and the need for something part-time to pursue while completing a full-time college education.

Indiana University

2018 - 2022

Undergrad Student

Starting her higher education at Indiana University Southeast, in New Albany, Indiana, Kaitlyn was able to begin her core courses along with building her artistic foundations and establishing her Theatre minor. As she transferred to Indiana University Bloomington, adding more media courses for her Media B.A., Cinema Concentration was a must. Kaitlyn was able to officially establish her Theatre minor in 2020, and amidst the chaos of a global pandemic and online courses, Kaitlyn was able to maintain a high GPA throughout all semesters of her college career. She was also able to work with other great creative-minds on various media projects, theatre exercises, scriptwriting collaborations, and spreading awareness for on-campus social groups and off-campus life!

Kaitlyn is a first-generation college graduate, sealing her Media Bachelor of Arts degree on May 7th, 2022 with Distinction, along with a Theatre Minor.

Jasper High School

2014 - 2018

Student, Jasper Marching Wildcats, Jasper Pep Band, Jasper Symphonic Band, Jasper Orchestra Band, Prom Committee 2017

Although all various band activities kept Kaitlyn quite busy playing clarinet throughout her high school years, she was able to maintain a high GPA along with an 8-year-academic-commitment by attending school daily. In her senior year of high school, she found creative inspiration in a handful of video projects she was given as assignments in her Media 101 course.

Kaitlyn graduated among her fellow classmates with honors on May 25th, 2018.
